From East Fremont Neighbors: “Hello East Fremont Neighbors. Just a quick reminder that there are a few important events coming up where you can Learn More about the City’s proposed rezoning of your street/neighborhood, and Give Your Feedback! If you’ve given feedback before, don’t stop now! Anyone living in the urban village WILL be rezoned. You may see greater numbers of units per lot, greater lot coverage, and additional heights, depending which zone you get. Even if your zone isn’t changing in name (ie. staying Lowrise 1 or 2), the definitions are changing and therefore will impact you.
