Construction on N 46th:
“This week crews started work at the NW Market St, NW 49th St and 2nd Ave NW intersection. Work included demolishing existing concrete in the road and sidewalk.
“Weekend work is planned for this Saturday, June 25, at the Linden Ave N and N 46th St intersection. Crews will be demolishing existing pavement and pouring new concrete. During this work you can expect:
~Work to begin as early as 9 AM
~Noise, dust, and vibration
~Travel delays
~Detours for people walking and biking
~Access to Aurora Ave N will be maintained

“Crews are completing remaining electrical and drainage work at the intersection. Lane reductions and other traffic control has been reduced. Work at this intersection will ramp back up in the coming weeks after electrical and drainage inspections are complete.
“Please continue to follow marked detours and be cautious as conditions may change through the intersection.
Crews are working to remove existing pavement in the roadway and sidewalks at the east corners of NW Market St and NW 49th St and NW 50th St intersections. In the coming weeks, they’ll move to the west side of the street for additional roadway and sidewalk work. …
