While most of Fremont is now in Seattle City District 6, the part of Fremont that lies east of Aurora Avenue is in District 4. Hear the candidates at two district forums before you decide who wins your vote:

  • District 4’s forum Thursday night, October 1st, 7:30pm in University Heights Center’s Performance Hall. Free. Town Hall Seattle teams up with Seattle Channel to present Seattle City Council Debate featuring candidates Rob Johnson, urban planner, and transportation advocate, and Michael Maddux , community activist and volunteer on the Parks Levy Oversight and Parks Legacy Committees. Moderators: “Lead moderator Amy Radill, KUOW Reporter; community moderator Erica Barnett, Communications Director of NARAL Washington; community moderator Venice Buhain, a writer for Seattle Globalist; and Q&A moderator Rachel Ramey, Town Hall Communications Manager.
