Basics (from DR doc):

This project includes demolition of existing structures on site, and new construction of 5 levels of office and retail above grade along Stone Way N. and N. 36th Street. 

Living Building Petal Certification  +/- 90,000 sf commercial office use
6,000-8,000 sf street level retail uses  110 parking spaces

After the architect team makes their presentation, there will be an opportunity for Q & A and feedback on this large project.

We are planning to hold a meet and greet event (“Beverages & Ballots”) for City Council Candidates in Districts 4 and 6. The FNC Board will appreciate any help that people can provide: publicity, outreach, set up, etc.
