There was a late schedule change and unfortunately CM Rivera will not be able to attend the Annual General Meeting on Monday, April 22. An updated agenda is forthcoming. Pete Hanning of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce will lead a short discussion on the opportunity for a Fremont Creative District. Sound Transit is still presenting the SLU Link Light Rail station options.
If you had questions or concerns to discuss with CM Rivera, please bring them and brainstorm with your neighbors about ideas to address them! Time will be given on the agenda specifically for this. Our community depends on hyperlocal as well as broader community efforts. If you have been leading a local effort or have ideas come and share. There are also other active community groups working to improve our neighborhoods – come and share your efforts! And remember, good ideas need great community champions to make them happen.
