SDOT has written to Fremont Neighborhood Council and Bennett Barr at the Mayor’s office to let them know that the crosswalk at Stone Way N and N 41st Street DOES meet the federal warrant for a school crosswalk to have traffic signalization. SDOT wrote to say that they are recommending installation of a pedestrian-activated overhead flashing yellow traffic signal at the crosswalk by the end of summer 2014.
