Dear Fremont
Neighborhood Council Members and friends, In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, and in the interest of everyone’s health, the March 23rd Fremont Neighborhood Council meeting has been cancelled. We will plan to meet again on April 27th for the Neighborhood Council’s Annual General Membership Meeting (pending recommendations by, or requirements of, City, County, and State officials). In the mean-time, please follow recommendations from our public health agencies: stay at home and avoid all non-essential contact with others limit trips for groceries, gas, and other essentials if you must go out, stay at least 6 feet away from others at all times. Erik, I am president of the Eastlake Community Council. We are building a new website and I would like to speak with you briefly about what you like about your Work Press format.
Do you print a newsletter or is most of your info going through postings and the blog?

This is Linda, an FNC Board member. We don’t print a newsletter; we post to the blog on this website and use Facebook, plus a yearly mailing to members. I do most of the posting to the website and I really dislike the graphics as our site is configured now. I also find the updated means for posting a new item much more clumsy than a previous iteration. I don’t deal with the back end, however. Our site was first done a number of years ago and while I’d like to redo it, I think that’s a ways off. Good luck,
