| This year, Woodland Park Zoo is replacing our traditional WildLights event with a special holiday lights celebration. We’re excited to announce WildLanterns, a brand-new lights festival unlike any other in the Northwest. WildLanterns presented by Sound Credit Union is an immersive experience featuring large scale animal and nature scape lanterns representing wild places from around the globe. Open November 13, 2020 – January 17, 2021 4:00 – 8:30 p.m. Closed Mondays, 11/26, 12/24 and 12/25 Entry will be available only through the West Entrance on Phinney Avenue N. Parking is available in all zoo parking lots for a $4 flat fee for WildLanterns. In accordance with our health and safety guidelines, entry time reservations, and face coverings are required. Guests 5 years and younger are not required to wear a face covering. For more information on the event and safety protocols please visit our FAQ. Neighborhood Discount Woodland Park Zoo guests (including members) will receive a 10% discount on items sold at participating Phinney businesses during WildLanterns.
