FROM SOUND TRANSIT: Recap of the Ballard Study open house–On Tuesday March 12, 2013, Sound Transit and the City of Seattle hosted an open house to study options for possible future rail transit service between Ballard and downtown Seattle. More than 150 people attended the event to learn more about the project, ask questions and share their thoughts and ideas.

The open house was an opportunity to learn about the study’s purpose of exploring potential options, opportunities and challenges to inform future decisions about investments

- Help identify possible alignments between Ballard and downtown Seattle
