This just in: “SDOT will be hosting an open house for the Burke-Gilman Trail Missing Link Project on Thursday, June 18, at Ballard High School from 6 to 8 PM. The open house will provide opportunities for the public to learn more about the three alternatives [for 11th Ave. NW – Ballard Locks (Missing Link)] being studied in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) so that they can make informed comments when the DRAFT EIS is released in 2016. Please see the attached flier for more details, and share with others you think might have an interest.
Approximately 7,500 physical copies of this flier BGT ML June 2015 open house invite have been mailed to area residents, businesses and property owners north of the Ship Canal south of NW 58th Street and west of 8th Avenue NW. The notice is also being emailed to those who participated in the Scoping Hearing for the EIS.” From Art Brochet, Communications Lead, City of Seattle Department of Transportation
