Meet us at Hale’s Brewery for a lively discussion to shape the future of the Fremont Arts Council.

Your time, talent and energy are needed to craft a framework to sustain the FAC, the Fremont Solstice Parade and community celebration art and events in Seattle.

This invitation is for friends of the FAC with both – Enthusiasm for community celebration art, and – Experience and skills that can help to make the Fremont Arts Council shine.

The FAC board put together a strategic plan framework to move the FAC forward.   We are incubating three new leadership teams for Events, Operations and Development/Outreach.

Your ideas and participation are needed to jump-start these leadership teams and to help build a sustainable foundation for the FAC. Your input will enable us to become a more inclusive and welcoming organization that can continue to create unique and awesome community celebration events.

Please join us on Friday November 4, 2016:  7 – 9pm

(come at 6:30 pm if you would like to mingle and order off the pub menu.)

Hale’s Brewery upstairs in the Double Decker Room 4301 Leary Way NW.

This promises to be a captivating discussion of great benefit to the future of the FAC.

The Fremont Arts Council (FAC) is a 501(c)(3) organization celebrating life through art by encouraging participation in the arts through events and education.  Our signature event is the Fremont Solstice Parade which has grown into Seattle’s largest creative art event.  Other events through the year include Petit Troll, May Day, Luminata, Trolloween, and Winter Feast.   We host workshops and classes to inspire seasoned and upcoming artists.  Our home base, the Power House, is available year-round to make art and meet with each other.  The FAC is powered by volunteers.
