CALL FOR ART STUDIO We are ready to launch the 27thFremont Solstice Parade but we need your help to find a place to make it. We need a Large Building site to create parade floats, puppets, and marvels of unique nature. We love properties soon to be demolished, and transitional warehouse space. The ideal location for us is in Fremont, or in our neighboring communities. All options for a great big space will be considered, regardless of location. The site is needed May 1st through June 27th. We need at least 10,000 sq.ft., most of which should be at ground level with roll-up door(s). 13 ft. or more of ceiling clearance enables us to build tall art. We need operational electric and plumbing (sinks). The Fremont Arts Council’s Fremont Solstice Parade and Celebration is a 26 year old event. The Fremont Arts Council is a 501 c-3 tax deductible organization.Leasing budget and additionally insured coverage available.
