Volunteers are needed to put more art in the neighborhood–Catholic Community Services, which will start construction on a new building at the site of the old Thunderbird Motel, will design and paint art panels to hang on the construction fence. Urban ArtWorks employs young people working with artists to create murals all around Seattle. In Fremont, the 46th Street Mural was painted by an Urban ArtWorks crew and is listed on their site.  FNC is the fiscal agent for the 46th Street Mural’s creation and its ongoing stewardship.
