King County’s Fremont Siphon project team will begin the November 13 community meeting at 5:30 p.m. with an open house followed by a presentation that begins at 6:00 p.m. My earlier email indicated that the presentation begins at 6:30 p.m., and we wouldn’t want you to miss the first half hour!
