Just in–Fremont Arts Council is looking for 2015 poster and T-shirt designs. Here’s their call for artists:

The Fremont Solstice Parade is seeking design proposals for both the 2015 Fremont Solstice Parade Poster and T-shirt.  We are seeking great images for both projects; each having different format size and application. Please consider one image that can do the work of both formats. Or not.  The successful artist(s) will be awarded $75 honorarium for the design for each format ($150/both!) and the grand notoriety of your work representing this beloved Seattle event.

Proposals due: Monday, April  17
Final Design due: Monday, April 24

Please send your image proposals to us nearly complete; don’t leave us guessing about color or imagery elements.  Send images to parade@fremontartscouncil.org or deliver them to the Power House Art Studio, 3940 Fremont Ave. N.  Staff hours are indeterminate; please feel free to use the mail slot on our front door! The design should be simple and eye catching, and reflect the spirit of this community celebration.
