7:50        Yann Buchanan, Fremont resident, would like to discuss the introduction of a commercial spray painting operation abutting their residential neighborhood at 6th Ave. and NW 45th St. and seek FNC advice on this issue.

8:00        Ryan Thurston, FRIENDS (www.seattlefriends.org), represents a grassroots effort to eliminate suicides from the Aurora Bridge in Fremont. His organization has been working vigilantly with the city and state, to raise awareness and speak with local representatives regarding installing a suicide barrier on the bridge. He’d like to meet members of the council, help educate FNC on this issue and get its support toward the goals and mission of FRIENDS.

8:10        Irene Wall, Phinney Ridge Community Council (http://www.phinneyecovillage.net/prcc), will talk about the planned zoo parking garage and present the position of PRCC on this debate.
